This Impact Story explores how ongoing multistakeholder engagement improved conditions for migrant workers, who were living in overcrowded, unhygienic dormitories at the Elna PCB factory in Malaysia. Thanks to the collaboration of workers, the local union, brands and public buyers, workers' passports were returned, a collective bargaining agreement was signed, and migrant workers were reimbursed for recruitment fees.
